Today Xiomara and her partner Freddy run Grime Time together, and Lidia remains part of the team, bringing over 20 years of combined experience to offices, multifamily properties, and homes across the Twin Cities.
Freddy and Xiomara handle logistics and work directly with property owners and managers, while Lidia's expertise in cleaning and running crews is what makes the quality possible. Grime Time is vertically integrated, with an expectation of excellence at every level of the company.
Grime Time has built its reputation on office buildings that need to look sharp every single day and multifamily properties that count on the team for both unit turns and ongoing maintenance of their common areas. The team has cleaned for real estate investors flipping their next project and handled full office buildings from top to bottom.
